Our Large SuDS Storage tanks are designed with an intergrated slow release managment system to control the speed and volume of the water which helps to reduce flooding. All are rotationally molded on site and made using an industrial strength MDPE which is durable and tough for all weather conditions.
An attenuation tank is designed simply to reduce flooding so if you live in a vunerable area where there has been recent flooding or there is risks of large rainfall then perhaps this is something to consider. Having a attenuation tank in place will dramatically reduce the risks as the rain is filtered from the runsoffs of guttering and into the attenuation tank. The tank then has a slow release mechanism inside which slows the process down and some can be stored and some will slowing release into the drains not putting too much pressure on the drainage system.

Description
Flood Risk Management: Effectively reduce the impact of floods by managing during heavy rainfall by collecting rainwater then slowly releasing it into the local drainage network.
Partial Attenuation: 50% attenuation (5000 litres approx) with slow release and 50% rainwater harvesting suitable for regular garden use.
Quality Material: 10,000 Litre Attenuation Storage Tank UK designed and manufactured, the polymer used is guaranteed frost-proof and is fully recyclable. The latest UV stabilisation technology means that the colours will not fade.
Large Outlets A 2" plastic threaded male outlet and isolation valve are supplied loose as standard, but the tank can accept up to 6'' flanged outlets.
Attenuation Tank Access Fitted with a quality 24" screw down lid ensures ease of access.
